D-Plan is Ford’s Dealer Employee pricing for new vehicle purchases. Ford has piloted a new program for 2026, and it would apply to all the OEM stores/employees and their spouses that are full-time employees in our network. Since we own multiple different brands in our network, the eligibility is far-reaching.
This program would be a significantly better discount than our corporate employee pricing program. As detailed below, we are limited to 10 Unique Pin numbers for the 2026 Calender year.
SUMMARY
Dealers that own competitive franchises have the opportunity to enroll in the Competitive Franchise D Plan Pilot. This program offers D Plan to employees of competitive OEMs a limit of 1 PIN per household per year.
DETAILS
D Plan Policy will be updated for the Q1 2026 pilot to allow Dealer Principals and General Managers of competitive automotive franchises to generate a D Plan PIN for employees (& their spouse) for their competitive owned brands.
Requirements:
*Employees of Ford Dealer Principal’s competitive brand must be active, Full-Time employees for a minimum of one (1) month.
*Provide a paystub and driver’s license at time of PIN generation
*Applies to new vehicle franchises only. Employees of boat, powersports, or used vehicle locations are not eligible.
*If PIN is generated for employees’ spouse, marriage license is required
*Limit to one (1) per household per year
*Vehicle must be in customer’s name for 6 months
*There will be a cap of 10 Competitive D Plan PINs per Dealership* (*Lou Fusz Ford)
