Jim Olsen is a wonderful salesman and human. He made the multiple hour long process of purchasing a vehicle surprisingly pleasant. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. The finance manager, Bryan, was also very thorough and patient ensuring that I understood all financing options available to me and selected the most appropriate one.

Disappointing Experience at Lou Fusz Ford – Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Accountability
I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Raptor with only 5 miles on it from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO. After taking delivery, I noticed the backup sensors were not working and scheduled a service appointment. The service department informed me that a crucial module was missing, and the part was on backorder.

I had an issue with my 2016 F-150 that had caused me to take it to two different mechanics before coming to Lou Fusz. Brad and his service team worked patiently and diligently with me to finally diagnose and solve the issue (a problem with the bank one CAM sensors as it happens), putting 90 miles of test driving into the truck after the fix to make absolutely sure the problem was fixed. To be honest, I haven't had great experiences with dealership-based service in the past, so I was anxious when I took my car in to Lou Fusz to address an issue with the onboard modem. Brad helped us navigate two recalls and the full replacement of my 2020 Escape Titanium's TCU. I appreciated feeling heard about what was going on with the car, and assured that my service rep was invested in making sure the repairs were done and affordable! Combo review for sales and service. I purchased a ford edge back in November and Machaela was our sales representative, she was always very nice, polite and had patience to pull multiple edge’s to test drive until we made the decision. Sales was smooth, went back and forward with her manager until we made an agreement. This is the FINAL time I will EVER go to Lou Fusz Ford for service. Today the valet service dropped my vehicle off to the wrong address and then asked for a review of their delivery service. In my last 3 experiences they have not brought my car back to me the same day and left me stranded with zero communication on the status.
